Where is my order?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after that. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Choose gift wrapping at checkout and add a note, and we will handwrite it and tuck it inside the box.
Can I return a candle?
All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, send us a message and we will let you know as soon as shipping opens up in your area.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. We work with boutiques, event planners, and companies on custom and bulk orders. Send us a message with your event date or quantity and we will reply with details.
